Launch
Kick off with a bang
The TechTrigger change, innovation, and inspiration program of the Grabarz Group kicked off in 2018 with the agency-wide “PowerDays.” In the following years, I led the program with around ten innovation leaders. I imparted digital skills, technical knowledge, and agile ideation tools, which the innovation leaders then carried into their groups. We developed voice applications, cultural and agency tools based on IoT, XR customer applications, and low-threshold inspiration solutions. In the months following the launch, the number and quality of digital and technological ideas increased manifold.

Workshops
Knowledge for all
Workshops are an essential part of knowledge transfer within the agency. Under the umbrella of the TechTrigger program, I conducted multi-week workshops (such as “Idea Driven IoT” or “Coding Javascript”) and prototyping sprints for clients, either alone or with co-hosts. Together with our Berlin innovation office, JMP, I designed an IoT pretotyping box for B2B workshops in the mobile communications sector.
