In anonymous surveys, 98.6% of drivers admit to hating parking garages. Narrow ramps and thick walls are carefully placed by planners exactly where they can most reliably ruin your beautiful car. No wonder DEVK took notice.

Solution
Tipps out of the box.
True to their motto "We make your problem our problem," they came up with an innovative and above all, fun idea. A parking garage equipped with a dozen talking boxes that give (mostly) useful advice to drivers.

Inner values
Inside, a Raspberry Pi development board does the job. To quickly adapt to the versatile requirements in the parking garage, we chose to implement it in NodeRED. Through a small breakout board, the Raspberry Pi communicates with the WS2812-based LED display and the robust HC-SR04 ultrasonic distance sensor.
